We spent our careers on the operator side of the status question, running programs and portfolios in manufacturing, industrial, and electronics companies. We know what a leader needs to see, because we were the ones who had to produce it. We know how execution actually runs in a manufacturing environment, where a supplier slip, an engineering change, and a line constraint land on the same commitment in the same week and no system records that they are connected. And we know the feeling of standing in front of executive leadership with a status you were expected to give cleanly, knowing the reports under it were each mostly right and the whole was not. Nobody owned the space between those reports, and no system was built to look there.
Assayer is what we wished we had in those rooms. We build for operators because we are operators.
If you've ever sat in a review wondering which green is real, you already know why we built this.
