Trust of state is the question underneath every status report: is what I'm being told supported by what's actually happening?
Most tools aggregate what people and systems report, then present it more clearly. That improves the reporting; it does not test it. Assayer builds a live model of how your company actually executes from the signals your systems of record already produce, then checks each reported status against it. Where evidence and report agree, you get confirmation you can defend. Where they drift apart, you see it while it is still cheap to correct, with the reasons.

For each reported status, a plain answer: what was reported, how strongly the evidence supports it, and why. The answer sits on a spectrum, not a switch, and you can see where on it and what put it there. Every reading carries its evidence; nothing arrives as a verdict you have to take on faith.
Execution decisions stay with the people accountable for them. Every reading carries its evidence and where it came from. Where sources disagree, you see the disagreement and who needs to resolve it, not a quiet resolution. Assayer does not write to your systems and it does not make decisions for you. The system informs decisions; people make them.
We don't declare organizational truth, and we don't grade your people. Drift between reported and actual state is a property of organizations, not a failure of character; the point is to see it while there's still time to act.
